The process engaged by DPS;
- Evaluate suitable projects that meet the required criteria.
- Prioritise and select projects to meet the programme.
- Define project scope.
- Initiate projects through client investment process.
- Allocate Project Manager to the project.
- Manage individual projects to meet their cost and programme.
- Closedown the projects.
