Design Coordination

One of the key roles for the successful delivery of a project is the design coordination role.

Which incorporates:

• Identification and development of a clear design scope of work.
• Management of design contractors.
• Management of design interface between designers and 3rd parties.
• Design process management in accordance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
• Review of the design pack for completeness, compliance, discipline clash checking etc
• Ensure the design follows a design assurance process such as GL5, G17, G35 etc.
• Following the award of the construction contract, manage any design changes
