NGN Programme Manager

Prior to working at DPS, Mark executed the role as Programme Manager for the Capex delivery for the Major Project Team. The role as Programme Manager included managing the project team for the delivery of £30m, per year, of investment across the gas network.

This ensured that the programme and budgets were not only met for the individual projects but also the overall expenditure and targets for the RIIO outputs. The project were from inception through design to construction and handover to Asset.

• Pipeline diversions and connections
• Holder demolition
• Governor Replacement
• Electrical and instrumentation upgrades
• Overcrossing upgrades
• Fiscal metering upgrades
